Kensington Market in Toronto – Engagement Photography Session. How does this sound? Let’s make it more casual. I photographed this session in the fall and it was supposed to rain the whole day as it does during this time of the year. Roland & Sandra were first planning to shoot on few different spots in Toronto, unfortunately it would be very difficult to fit it in a 2 hour frame we had. Their final decision was Kensington Market. I was very happy about this decision as I am very familiar with this location. I actually shop there very frequently. Once a year! However, I never skip the year. I buy there fish for our traditional Christmas dinner. Anyways, let’s get back to our Engagement shoot. We met in this really cozy coffee shop where we made our plan for the shoot. From there, we shot on the streets, in few shops, and Roland took us to a very cool streets full of graffiti. I loved the place, it was very colorful and my couple really fit into this urban Toronto scene. Even their outfits they chose for the shoot matched the whole atmosphere. Sandra’s special request was to get few shots with street cars so we ran onto Dundas street. Roland’s wish was to shoot with Rogers Centre in the background and I believe both of them wanted to have CN Tower in the photos as well. So we hopped in my car and drove there. Options are endless there. You have the Railway Museum, where you can cool train shots, you turn other way and end up with Rogers Center or CN Tower in the back. It was a great shoot. We all had fun and I think the outcome speaks for itself. Congratulations on your engagement Roland & Sandra.
